- Samruddhi Varg (Value Education):
Aimed at the social and cultural development of children aged 3 to 12, this program focuses on inculcating values, changing attitudes, and developing behavioral aspects and learning skills through persistent and consistent efforts. - Naipunya Varg (Leadership & Skill Development):
This initiative provides leadership and skill development training to empower individuals, enhancing their capabilities and fostering self-reliance. - Health Initiatives:
Swanand organizes health check-up camps and awareness programs to improve public health, particularly in underprivileged communities. For instance, on March 9, 2025, in collaboration with Regal Rexnord’s CSR initiative, they conducted a health check-up camp benefiting 145 teachers, health assistants, and coordinators.
